Hotel Indigo Columbus Architectural Center

My wife and I booked the Hotel Indigo for a couple of days while I had a medical procedure. I could not say enough good about the kindness and consideration of the staff during our brief stay. Stephen handled our reservations and made every consideration in our booking status and planning for meals; Kim S. prepped and handled our carry-out and room service needs. Adam showed great patience getting us up to speed with room climate and late bloomer tech info. Ariana was an always positive and thoughtful coordinator. The Indigo is a spotlessly clean hotel, housekeeping is perfect and the breakfasts are especially excellent. It is conveniently located and removes anxiety in making tight appointments. We shall return.

We just held our 50th Class reunion at Hotel Indigo, Columbus Architectural Center. We used the banquet, lobby, porch and bar areas which were clean and bright with modern features. The staff were fabulous; friendly, helpful, willing to go the extra mile. The food was plentiful and really good. Brooke the food, bar and banquet manager knew how to help us plan for a large party. We appreciated her expertise and attention to detail. Mandy the hotel coordinator made sure all our needs were met. She is a true gem. The bartenders especially John kept pace with our drink orders and prepared yummy drinks. We reserved a block of rooms for our guests. We heard lots of compliments about the cleanliness and set up the rooms. Anything we requested we received. My nickname for Hotel Indigo is The hotel that always says yes! Thank you Hotel Indigo for a great reunion. We can’t thank you enough.

Recently returned for another stay at the Columbus Hotel Indigo and it was like coming home. You can’t beat a Tripp welcome when coming back from the office! The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Kim on reception was amazing, even before I checked in. She was helpful with my room allocation and also with helping me arrange for a parcel delivery during my stay. Her attitude and personality are fabulous. Tyler behind the bar was friendly and professional. Knows when to make conversation and when to leave it. And makes a great G&T! The hotel is well appointed and clean. It is a little dated, but that doesn’t attract from its charm. Location for central Columbus is excellent…however does come with the train, which can be a challenge through the night. Will definitely visit again!

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels thanks to traveling for work, and this one had to have been the best one hands down, between having enough room to park 2 26 foot box trucks, to clean and comfy bedrooms, I have no area to complain, would stay again if I was in the area

Stopped here on my drive up to Wisconsin. I had planned to stay at a different hotel closer to Indianapolis, but glad I changed to the Hotel Indigo. It is rare to find a decent hotel that accepts dogs and isn’t $200+ a night. The staff at check in as well as the restaurant were very nice and helpful. The room was spacious with a dorm room sized refrigerator. The beds are very tall and they were comfortable as were the pillows. Everything was very clean. I appreciated the restaurant downstairs as I didn’t feel like going out after my long drive. The Cuban sandwich was very good! I did have a room on the train track side, but the only train I heard was around 8:30 am when I was packing to leave, but then I was only there for one day. One of the best parts of this hotel was the large park on the other side of the street. There is a wonderful walking path along the river and a bandshell where I think they were playing music the evening I arrived. Will definitely stop here again.

I grew up in Columbus and believe this is the first time I didn't stay with friends. Outstanding location to be able to walk around the town. Breakfast is not included but the breakfasts we had in the lobby were great, good variety too. Great local coffee as well. There is a water bottle filling station that also includes sparking water - nice touch. It's not easy to find but it's in the back of the lobby. They have a lot of chairs and tables outside the restaurant too if the weather permits. Be sure to say hello to Tripp. Small item to improve on, better ventilation in the bathroom room for showers.

We enjoyed our visit to Columbus and loved Hotel Indigo! The front desk people were congenial and helpful. The room was perfect and we appreciated the upgrade. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very clean and inviting! We would definitely stay there again.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Kim A at the front desk has been wonderful!. Definitely would recommend staying here. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Great water pressure for the showers. Nice clean parking lot, easy to park.

I was in town to visit my father and had a wonderful stay for 5 days. Room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Best location in Columbus available. Lavonne was great behind the bar and Kim at the front desk was very helpful! The pool was great as well.
